Chemical weapons have been used in at least four attacks Syria as crimes against humanity are perpetrated every day, according to a UN inquiry.

The UN Commission of Inquiry on Syria said in a report that both sides were deliberating breaking the rules of war against millions of victims.
"War crimes and crimes against humanity have become a daily reality in Syria," the Commission of Inquiry on Syria said in a report delivered to the UN Human Rights Council in Geneva, adding it had "reasonable grounds to believe that chemical agents have been used as weapons.
The regime of President Bashar al-Assad was accused of a "concerted policy" of massacre and forced displacement of civilians against the nationwide rebellion it faced. Meanwhile rebels could also have used chemical weapons as well as the regime.
In their latest report, based on interviews with victims, medical staff and other witnesses, they said they had received allegations that Syrian government forces and rebels had used the banned weapons, but that most testimony related to their use by state forces.
"There are reasonable grounds to believe that limited quantities of toxic chemicals were used. It has not been possible, on the evidence available, to determine the precise chemical agents used, their delivery systems or the perpetrator," Paulo Pinheiro, who chairs the U.N. commission of inquiry, told a news conference in Geneva.
